Are prices online the same as in store?

Regular prices are the same online and in store, but some promotions may differ from one to the other.

Are products the same in store and online?

The selection of products is largely the same, except for certain products that may be found only in store. Please take note that depending on the size of the stores, the entire collection may not be available everywhere.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is made, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Use this number, your email address or your postal code to track your order online. You can also do it by phone at 1-877-955-2323 (toll free) or 1-819-292-2323 and ask for GoSport Online Orders Service.

May I change or cancel my order?

Orders may not be changed or cancelled once they are being processed. If your purchase does not suit you anymore, you may return it to one of our Go Sport stores or by mail. To read more about our exchange or reimbursement options, please refer to the returns policy.

May I return or exchange my purchases?

Once your order received, you may return or exchange it at one of our Go Sport stores or by mail. Please make sure that you have the receipt of the electronic confirmation of your purchase. To read more about exchange and reimbursement options, please refer to the returns policy.

How do Go Sport gift cards work?

You may buy a gift card at the gift card section on the website or directly in a Go Sport store. However the use of gift cards on our website is not yet possible.
